This banana cream cake chia pudding is stacked with banana and coconut season to make a delicious breakfast! This is a simple formula for vegetarians that is solid and easy to prepare!

It's essentially a cake loaded with vanilla pudding and bananas and stuffed with whipped cream, but I've seen so many varieties on the internet.

One thing they all share, however, is that they are a rich and soft pie and are stacked overall with banana quality.

I do not think about you, but I'm a big banana fan! I suppose I cut bananas every day either in smoothies, in tortillas with almond margarine (one of my favorite bites), or simply in a bowl of cereal or chia pudding.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (I use homemade almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp agave (maple syrup also works)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 banana, pureed
  • 1 banana, chopped (up)
  • Coconut flakes (top)

MANUAL

  • Combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, agave, cinnamon and banana puree together in a bowl. Whisk until everything is well mixed.
  • Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm it
  • Spread the chia pudding in 2 cups and garnish with chopped bananas and coconut chips
