Excessive in protein and low in carbohydrates, cottage cheese is the proper addition to your smoothie. It provides nice texture and taste and helps preserve you feeling full.


1/2 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla flavored, or different milk substitute
1/2 Medium banana, frozen
2 tbsp Chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Cinammon
1/2 tsp nutmeg


  1. Mix all substances to desired consistency.
