Howard Lutnick says President Trump to unveil the Bitcoin Reserve strategy this week

Minister of Commerce Howard Lutnick announced in an interview on Tuesday that President Donald Trump announced a Bitcoin strategic reserve later this week.
Lutnick in conversation with Independent News Outlet the Pavlovic said that the president “definitely believes that there is a Bitcoin strategic reserve” and plans this during the first crypto summit of the White House on Friday.
Lutnick pointed out that Bitcoin would have a “unique status” compared to other cryptocurrencies as part of the reserve frameworks. “Bitcoin is one thing, and then the other currencies, the other crypto token, I think, treated differently – positive, but differently,” he noted.
The comments of the trading secretary correspond to the latest social media contributions from President Trump, who support the creation of a crypto reserve anchored by Bitcoin. The President said the reserve “would increase this critical industry after years of corrupt attacks by the bidges”.
Lutnick’s preview of the announcement this week drove over 90,000 US dollars of less than $ 85,000 on Monday. The entire cryptom market rose over 3 trillion dollars in front of the summit.
The meeting on Friday will be called up Top Bitcoin and Krypto executives, investors and supervisory authorities to determine a framework for the supervision and innovation of crypto in the US participants, including the CEO of Coinbase, Brian Armstrong, Kraken Jesse Powell, the micrastrategy chairman Michael Saylor and others.
The summit follows Trump’s executive order, in which the officials are instructed to prioritize the “responsible growth of digital assets”. The President aims to reposition the USA as a “crypto capital of the world” after strict politics under bidges suppressed innovation.
Since cross-party support for Bitcoin and crypto-friendly laws in the congress is growing, Trump’s hug a strategic bitcoin reserve can strengthen her legitimacy worldwide.
